This community is pretty cool. You guys are def. pushing some innovation. I am hoping to have a wakeboard rack on my ski. SeaDoo produces a wakeboard rack thats pretty good but it does not fit Kawasaki (what i just got). I am pretty handy and was hoping to make something. Any ideas?

when flushing my ski after a run this afternoon I noticed that the ski was idling at about 2000rpm. it was running OK just high revs..... any ideas?

I had recently sprayed INOX around the carbs bodies etc.

Im going to change the oil in my ski shortly and was wondering what you are using/would recommend.

Was looking at Elf Competition GT 10w30 synth. Its what I run in my zx9r and my mates in their zx10r/gsxr1000/R1, the R1 being basically the same engine as my FX140.

My 2003 Seadoo GTX starts and runs like a dream, that is until it has been running for a while. It is often a little bit slow to start and I often need to pump the gas a couple of times to get it started... no other issues to report of... any ideas?

Yesterday after being anchored in current for an hour or so she took a bit longer than normal to start, thankfully it did go and once was running went fine, so the rest of the day i drifted and it didnt miss a beat, im just wondering if sitting in current at anchor its forcing water up into the exhaust or whatever ? if this is the case im going to fit ... Thinking of buying a Riva filter for my FX140, just wanted to check that they dont run a hotwire MAF sensor in the throttle bodies etc ? I know hotwire type MAF's dont like oiled filters as the oil builds up on the hotwire...

I think I may have fouled the plugs a little idling around a lot before I turned off the ski and the plugs being on their last legs with weak spark and not the best connections broke down and caused the misfire and stopped it starting. I am in the process of buying a new ski, looking at a Kawasaki STX15F, does anyone have any experience with these? I think they are doing a run out special on the 2008 model for $16995 including trailer, is that a good deal? What are they like to fish off? Also going to be used for wakeboarding and cruising too. Any help would be appreciated.
