Crumbed Snapper

eggs
flour
salt and pepper
panko crumbs (japanese crumbs - foodtown)

whisk eggs with salt and pepper
lightly coat fillets in flour
dunk in egg mix
coat with panko crumbs

deep fry in vegetable oil in really hot pan
