A great quick and easy reciepe!
Fry your snapper fillets in a little butter. No flour.
Add a tin or jar of Sweet & Sour Sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Cook the good old Rice Risotto (Chicken Flavour)
Add the greens of your choice.
Dont forget the glass of wine!!!!!!
Place snapper over the rice, and very tasty!!!
