i mounted on the black detail of the ski , wires are hidden under this so no holes are drilled , lights are mounted with automotive double sided tape and
silicone as well , wires run up to the glove box and into the hull.

switch is mounted on glovebox lid below fishfinder . switch is wrapped in a balloon to make it waterproof.

not sure where alloy is you are referring to but cable join is siliconed and taped and all wires
have been cable tied so should be sweet i think .

Hey guys i got my nav lights from a pushbike shop i just used velcro to hold them on ,the batterys last for 100 hours and cost 3.25 to replace, they come with clips to hold them on but velcro is better.
