sun protection

Well this morning im a bit roasted from the sun and I was wondering what you guys use for sun protection

Im thinking of going 'old school' for some zinc on the old snoz as its a bit sore and red today after the weekends efforts

Nice topic... I'm slightly barbecued after the weekend, and having a family member dying of cancer I take the topic rather seriously! I find I have to use sunblock regularly (like every two hours) even when its rated for 6hours to ensure minimal burning.

Keeping hats handy is always great, however not so great when traveling... I'm still hoping to get myself a sharkskin hooded vest so when riding my head etc is protected... may even be able to wear a cap underneath securely.

Otherwise yes... zink and sun block are the minimal we should have...

ive been using some spf 30 stuff and putting that on every two hours, yeah Ive had 3 uncles die of cancer in the past 3-4 years so its something im concerned about.

might track down some zinc this week. Have lost one hat so far from wearing it travelling lol

was thinking about a beach umbrella in a rod holder also...
