Hi Alex,
I'll be on the water from Bklds @ 6am. Conditions look magic!!
Heading to Motihue channel area then out towards haystack, tiri, whereever. Channel 6 buddy or 021 667 878. txt when on water to see if I'm still out. Out with a mate... others welcome to join.

Re: Saturday fish anyone?
I'm there Innsie. Got the late pass from the Mrs and got till 2pm to fill the bin.
Will TRY get to the ramp by six, but no doubt see you in Motuhie channel i would say, keen to head up Tiri way if calm.
Bringing my waterproof penguin shower radio out and a few beers seen as the weather is looking so good
You might get another tow around by a trevally, maybe get some of those fenders to stop hitting people (Lincoln) when you're hooked up.

That is plain avatar abuse if I've ever seen it
Hope it's more waterproof than Newbies FF/GPS as he told me that must have leaked water from the rough day when 2-Extreme slipped

Best fishing ever.
Went to Waiheke at 11.00 and fished for two hours, nothing!!
decided to go home as tide had stopped and no current.
on the way back i spoke to a kayaker and he had nothing also, thought id give myself another 10min fish.
Then one after the other I landed my limit and on the last fish the biggest Snapper i have ever caught 55cm
this thing took my breath away and i was shaking bring this in. damn i dont know how to upload a photo, but it is mean,
what a day..

If you shrink the piccies then save to your disc it's quite simple. Check the posts below for help

Awesome Newbie !! Congrats on the PB !! You certianly deserve a session like that through your efforts.
No need to shrink photos first, just upload as per details.
Where did you get into them, an what colour SB was the favourite?

I always shrink the pictures first as thought it would make it quicker to upload them.

Well done Alex. That's an awesome fish mate!
Looks like you should keep spending time on the water rather than at the gym

Re: Saturday fish anyone?
come on guys, its not about me its about the Fish.
was an awesome catch.
regarding the more time fihsing less at the gym, yeah that was my last hobby now its fishing so you will see me getting fat now LOL.
just spent the last four days up taupo bay and took the ski, man hard effort getting the ski in off a surf beach, no ramp, just sand.
learnt my lesson afte getting stuck and used a tractor second time round.
No major biggies up there all normal sized snapper. also tried trawling and hooked up kawai one after the other.
had my first encounter with Dolphins and this was the best pleasure yet with having a ski. took a video clip can you upload these??
anyway lots of practice in for the fishing comp and looking forward to some more snapper.
cheers,
was an awesome catch.
