sunday 14th of dec - Clarks beach
hightide Sunday 1239 4.3 metres.
A 4 hour or so trip. Leave around 8:30 as I need to go to the gas station and get some diesel for my tractor beforehand. Launch off the beach at clarks beach yacht club.
Can flush ski at my place/have a few beers or whatever. will have lunch ashore.
Because its a king tide there will be a lot of current. Someone from fishing.net.nz caught a nice haul of Gurnard and Snaps the other day.

Re: sunday 14th of dec - Clarks beach
Turned in to wetskifishing! was so rough and nasty, the 5 knot variable didnt happen and it was gusting about 20 knots, the 4.3 meter tide + the wind made it ugly, so we came back and met up with my sister and her fiance in their boat ...we all went up the river for an explore, and the mrs hooked a little shark, after he came there was no fish action so i dropped the mrs at the beach while I went wave jumping on the big windswells that were rolling up the river, god some good air for such a big beast, but the chilibin lid ended up coming open and then came off without me noticing.... bugger, time for a new chilibin
