Anchoring PWC in current - Block off water intake ?
another Q for Jase..
I know you cannot tow my ski (fx140) without blocking off the water intake line, but what about anchoring in current?. Yesterday after being anchored in current for an hour or so she took a bit longer than normal to start, thankfully it did go and once was running went fine, so the rest of the day i drifted and it didnt miss a beat, im just wondering if sitting in current at anchor its forcing water up into the exhaust or whatever ? if this is the case im going to fit a ball-cock.

your all good, no amount of current will hurt your engine it takes a fair amount of water presure to actually work its way up your exhaust system and do any damage!
