Aldermen islands 31st or 1st

Hi there I am planing a jiging trip to Aldermens this sat. or sun.(depending on the weather) living Auckland about 4am.I hope to be in Tairua about 6-6.30am.If anyone is keen to join call me 021668300

wow this is a fare distance to travel. have you fished there before?
I would be keen to join if somewhere more local as Im just new at this and still have allot to learn about weather etc.
let me know if you have anywhere in mind for the AKL region?

that is not a big trip mate prob 15mins on a ski for tairua ramp easy as will be there in december to get some big ones

The trip didn turn out to be what i have expected , lost $150 worth of gear thanks to kudas with no kingis in site. I think my next trip there will be when the water gets wormer and the barakudas move out.
