Welcome all Jet Ski fisho's
Greetings fellow Jet Ski fishing enthusiasts ! Seeing the Kiwi's are far more organised than us Aussies and have their own specially dedicated website, Andrew from Jet Ski fishing has kindly allocated some space on this forum for fisho's in Australia to ask questions that may be specific to fishing in Aussie . Having said that I am happy to answer any questions on any topic from anyone from anywhere if I can.
I live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and have been Jet Ski Fishing for about 4 years . We have a core group of 4 guys any we fish mainly offshore from Mooloolaba, we also go to Fraser Island a few times a year where we fish in the surf and offshore we go generally fish between 10 and 20 miles out , depths range from 30 to 80 meters.

Fishing Sunny Coast
Hey AKA Hooter
I have been getting into the jet ski fishing for the last few months now. Been offshore a few times now mainly trolling for pelagics.
Also a few sessions in the bay and around jumpinpin.
Had a fun session out at the trench a few weeks back but only had one decent hook up which ended up dropping the hooks and saw a couple of marlin free jumping. Was pretty awesome to see from a jet ski.
I would love to catch up with you guys to head out some time.
I am based in Brisbane but happy to drive up to the Sunny coast for a fish.
Looks like you guys have some pretty decent setups. I have something similar (bit smaller esky) but easy to troll from.
Cheers
