not sure where alloy is you are referring to but cable join is siliconed and taped and all wires
have been cable tied so should be sweet i think .

He means here mate, watch they dont chafe through, either protect them with something or at minimum make sure it is fused.

Hey guys i got my nav lights from a pushbike shop i just used velcro to hold them on ,the batterys last for 100 hours and cost 3.25 to replace, they come with clips to hold them on but velcro is better.

I like the velcro and push bike light idea, keep it simple and that buut how did you go getting a green LED from the pushy shop???
The other setups are looking sweet too... Ive got my eye on you alll What a Face
