Fuel Economy of the Yamaha FX Empty Fuel Economy of the Yamaha FX

Post  nowornever Wed Nov 05 2008, 23:03

I am still looking looking and i can see now the FX has much more stability than the other skis, but the problem is all the new ones are super charged. Where I live I have alot of areas to do large distances so fuel economy is an issue.

Can anyone give me figures on cruising flat out and trawling with these super charged models.

Will see what I can get, as I am on a 2008 SHO. The FX is not Supercharged, so which exactly are you looking at?

All the fx models are supercharged from what I can see. All current yamaha except vx are super charged. There are some older models which are not super charged but all new ones are ?????????/ Correct me if im wrong ..........i really dont want it super charged............and i want reasonable fuel economy.

Would love to know some figures.
