Heading to waiheke for the weekend for a few days , would like to head to Gannet Rock , is it good fishing there and where abouts ?
Probably head out tommorrow morning sometime .

I have found Gannet is either on or off. If you are fishing that side try Durville 36.7219520 175.0657600 & if that is not on then use your sounder between there and Gannet as this generally produces good fish....good luck.
