Get that smoker of yours ready for some big bad boys !!

Can you smoke slowly like for 6 hours with your unit or is it fast? Only asking because big fish need a much slower smoke and I only have a fast smoker, so may need to use yours, unless of course it is too full !!

it can cold smoke for as long as gas lasts i useely smoke for 6 or so hours might not be any room after i got my 9 750mm in there Laughing
